I only recently downloaded this pack (during the last big sale on xbox), but I play daily and have yet to receive an invite to any prom or pre or post prom event. It also does not appear in my calendar. I thought maybe it was because the save file I was playing on was from before I got the pack, but I am having the same issues with a new save file. Both saves I am playing as a family who has a high schooler who actively attends school. I did also double check and my settings do allow friendly and romantic invites.
