Prom is not on the calendar for my sims, and I have not been able to get it to be there despite trying to turn off aging, and switching normal lifespan to long lifespan. I also have the 'allow romantic and friendly interactions' button on, and have repaired the game. Not really sure what else to do, a few other sims asked to go come over to my sim's house for a pre-prom party but then prom never happened afterwards. I have gotten no prom interactions since, I don't have the option to ask anyone or make a sign, I even tried going to the auditorium the day of prom to try to trigger the event but nothing happened.
9th Feb 2026 - still having this issue too!! updated and repaired the game as well as all packs including HSY. I have all the same settings on that u have too. I also get the pre-prom party but nothing happens after that... I also have no prom interactions like proposals. however, I have noticed my auditorium setting is set to this if it makes any difference?? (look at attached screenshot) It says auditorium is locked to a general space because of the 'Community Space Project' and I cannot change it to a formal dance space for prom. This might be interfering with prom maybe?? I'm not sure how to get rid of that event.
