Prom is not on the calendar for my sims, and I have not been able to get it to be there despite trying to turn off aging, and switching normal lifespan to long lifespan. I also have the 'allow romantic and friendly interactions' button on, and have repaired the game. Not really sure what else to do, a few other sims asked to go come over to my sim's house for a pre-prom party but then prom never happened afterwards. I have gotten no prom interactions since, I don't have the option to ask anyone or make a sign, I even tried going to the auditorium the day of prom to try to trigger the event but nothing happened.
I’m having the same issue. My sim get invited to the party before prom but no actual prom takes place and it’s not in the calendar either.
There’s also no prom interactions such as making a promposal sign or asking other sims to prom.
Taking the files out of delta and putting them back in does fix the issue but we shouldn’t have to do it
Outdated_Garlic Can you explain this a little more? Which files did you remove and put back? The whole EP12 folder?
belalucina Yes, I took the entire EP12 folder out from the delta folder, opened the game and went into my save, saved and exited, put it back in and then loaded my save back up.
(When you open it there might be an error because the anims have stopped but when you put it back in it’ll be back to normal)
To check it’s worked before you save and exit the game check that prom is in the calendar.
