I have tried everything you listed besides the game repair. How do you do that. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled too
If you open your EA app, The Sims 4 should be listed under installed games on the left side beneath the home, library, etc. If you click on the game, the information panel should open, and if you click the manage button there should be options to manage add-ons, view properties, repair, uninstall. Click on repair and the app will check all your files and fix/replace any that are missing or broken.
