The Prom event never appears on the calendar, and the Prom-related UI (promposal / prom event window) is completely missing.
This issue affects almost all of my save files — only one save still exists, and Prom does not work in any save, including brand new saves.
This is not a mod-related issue. I tested in a completely clean environment with all mods and CC removed, repaired and fully reinstalled the game and expansion packs, and reset the entire The Sims 4 user folder.
Other High School Years features work normally, but Prom never registers at all. Since the Prom UI itself is missing and the event never appears on the calendar across saves, this appears to be a game-level bug rather than a local configuration issue.
I'm also having this problem, used to work perfectly fine on this save but there is no longer any mentions of prom or promposals etc
