[HSY] Prom not taking place (Patch 1.116)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number?  1.116.232.1030 dx11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansion other than life death; business and hobbies and enchanted by nature. all game and stuff packs. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when using a high school sims go to career day/ wait for prom time 
What happens when the bug occurs? Even after July 2025 update Prom still wont trigger. Prom shows in calendar but doesn't have pop up for event. Traveling to auditorium doesn't trigger prom either. There is also no pre-prom event triggering. My high school tasks appear and work normally except career day where the UI doesn't show any tasks other that when career day is over. My only mod is MCCC. this is in a household that only has one sim this isn't a case where I'm trying to bring multiple sims to Highschool. I tried repairing the game and deleting cache but still find it happening 100% of time.
What do you expect to see? I would expect that there be the task to talk to presenters about career/ ask teach about future after. For prom i would expect prom and pre prom events to trigger.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? MCCC but i tested with all mods removed and still ran into problem
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? it was supposed to be resolved after a patch but it want but all the bug reports are marked solved which is why I'm creating new
