Please link your save files in the chat for the community manager to see that way the sims team can see what's wrong, I'd do it myself, but all my files are too big.
My files are also too big so I sent a new save file affected by the bug, maybe you can create a new save file, play until the day of prom and and then save it, and send it to the community manager?
I already tried that.
