I just got HSY. My teen got the prom notification and asked someone. But when the day came, no pop up came so I went to the auditorium. Nothing and no one was there. Prom does show up on the calendar though.
JM151999 I'm dealing with the exact same issue now did you find a resolution?
The next time prom came around a week later, it worked. I don’t know what the issue is. Maybe it’s the first prom teens have.
