We believe this issue is due to the 'Allow Friendly Invites & Requests' setting being disabled in your Game Options.
From Live Mode, please head into Game Options-> Gameplay and verify that you have Allow Friendly Invites & Requests enabled there.
Once you’ve verified that this setting is enabled, Prom should appear normally in your calendar again.
If you are still having issues with Prom not taking place after trying this, please us know so we can continue to investigate.
Yes,just checked and both of those options are on, yet still no prom on calendar.
