I started playing a new save after the Lovestruck patch, and since aging my twin sims up into Teens, I've attended active high school with them each time. However, every time I load into high school, I get a new Last Exception error message, and only the first twin has the active schoolday tasks and bar.

I have this issue as well!! Pretty sure it caused my save file to become corrupt bc they wouldn’t fade out to go to school anymore so I had to redo everything on a new save file but my sims are getting stuck again :( Luckily I backed up my saves but it’s so frustrating.
I have encounter the same issue. I have to send the twins to school alone; so it is making it hard to complete my teens' aspirations.
I also have twins in my legacy and when they go to school the second one does not get the tasks prompts and cannot return home on her own. She gets stuck at school having to return home only by calling to go to a different lot first. (Have all Packs including the newest with no mods).
I got the same to begin with. Now it doesn't even ask me to join them at High School and one twins status is stuck "at school", homework hasn't refreshed. I have to restart my game every sim day.
