Re: Innisgreen not loading

I preordered Enchanted By Nature and found no initial issues with its download, upon making a sim and trying to enter the new world I was met with a white screen. I was unable to click on any of options in the corner of the screen and had to reset my game. I tried resetting my game, redownloading the pack Etc. and nothing has allowed me into the new packs world. I also have no access to the packs debug for the world, I paid 40 dollars for this pack and one of its biggest features are unavailable to me and others facing the same issue. 

when trying to open the world from a old save, the world icon was doubled, neither of them working.
