I can't sign into my stuff in the gallery again!

Here I am back to not being able to access my sims 4 people and houses I uploaded to the Gallery.  Right about the time of this update July 23, 2026.  Sure would be nice after all the money we spend if we could enjoy the game and that problem with the gallery would stop.  Apparently it is fixed and then broke and then fixed and then broke.  About 6 times now in the last year.  Anyone out there hear me?  Totally ruins the fun.  I type in my username and nothing!  Good grief!  Oh yeah, and the constantly being disconnected from the gallery.

    Oh it gets even worse now!  I reported from the EA app and at the time didn't have a ticket number, and after reporting it, it gave me one, but then when I look, it says that I don't have any open cases.  What is going on EA?  I won't spend another penny on anything on your site with this kind of treatment of your customers.  All you seem to do is say you fixed things but here they are broke and that's fixed?  Broke is NOT FIXED.
