New Spectator

If you can't play sims 4 and youre on console please comment on this!

Ever since the update 24hrs ago a lot of console players cannot access the game. The game is being stuck in a limbo not fully loading. I have reset the Xbox, uninstall reinstall, contacted xbox and use the troubleshooting steps here. Nothing!! Now if I was PC maybe I wouldn't care that much but console players have HALF the abilities PC players and we spend way too much on this game. Every single game on Xbox works no issues. But this still isnt working and console players are always thought about last. Please comment on this if you're having the same issue. And to the person saying contact xbox, I did they aren't the issue. It's your game and your update. Please fix this ASAP.

Yes! I play on xbox one. In one hour all I managed to do was change the name and lot traits of two lots then had to restart after it froze on the load screen going from one of the lots to manage worlds. After finally loading into another lot, the game froze again when I was trying to reposition the lot! Really hope they fix this ASAP but glad its not just me!

I tested again today and same issue I work from home 8 HOURS OF LOADING. I've never ever made a complaint on the forum I hope this is fixed ASAP

I play on ps4 and the game has too much lag making it practically impossible to play, my console is not the problem, I've done everything I've seen to try to get my game working again, including renewing licenses, every update has been making playing the game more difficult each time but this last one has definitely broken it, it's no longer playable. Does somebody know if I can get a refund? I bought one big pack in summer and I can't play
