Ever since the update 24hrs ago a lot of console players cannot access the game. The game is being stuck in a limbo not fully loading. I have reset the Xbox, uninstall reinstall, contacted xbox and use the troubleshooting steps here. Nothing!! Now if I was PC maybe I wouldn't care that much but console players have HALF the abilities PC players and we spend way too much on this game. Every single game on Xbox works no issues. But this still isnt working and console players are always thought about last. Please comment on this if you're having the same issue. And to the person saying contact xbox, I did they aren't the issue. It's your game and your update. Please fix this ASAP.
I play on ps4 and the game has too much lag making it practically impossible to play, my console is not the problem, I've done everything I've seen to try to get my game working again, including renewing licenses, every update has been making playing the game more difficult each time but this last one has definitely broken it, it's no longer playable. Does somebody know if I can get a refund? I bought one big pack in summer and I can't play

I´m really sorry, I just saw this message while going through my gmail and cleaning it up for more space, but I found the solution, these kind of things have started to happento us ps4 playes whenever there´s an event in the game (ex: the royalty one), the solution I can give you and the one that I´ve been doing is: Quickly do the weekly quests (if u want to avoid the lag affecting your own domestic unit stories, do it with a separate sim from another file you no longer use or a predetermined domestic unit, preferably a vampire as they don´t have as much needs), I found the reason of the lag and it is the whole mission just gives lag for no reason so by doing it quickly, the lag will dissapear and you´ll be able to play normally without any lag, do it with the following weekly quests, it will only take aroun 10 minutes for each weekly quests if u do it quickly so you can enjoy your game, sorry for the long text!! I hope I´m not too late and you find this heplful (Sorry if you don´t understand somethin, english is not my first language)
