I have a mermaid and when he swims his tail is invisible. And and one point he started swimming through the ground. He could not interact with any of the objects but would just swim through everythin...

I haven't tested this with AA, but it is definitely an issue for Island Living. My mermaid will sim around in the sand and their house. I'd have to assume this is related to the same bug that causes sims to swim in IL.
It's good to know ! I haven't played in Sulani as of late but it answers to my question about whether this only happens in Gibbi Point. Looks like it's related to the same bug indeed.
It's probably a more general issue then if it happened to you there. I hope it'll get fixed soon.
