PS4 Sims 4 my mermaid sim has an invisible tail in the pool and the bathtub. No cc or mods

My mermaid had his tail when I played him but when I went to CAS it was missing. I didn't save the CAS visit, so I don't know whether he would have lost his tail in live mode too. I could pick him a new tail. I play on PC no mods or cc.
