[IL] Mermaid tail is invisible

I'm on PS5. I have a lot of mermaids in my legacy. Their tails aren't visible. Everything from the waist down is gone when they get into a body of water. 

Me too. On playstation. 

I've had the same problem too. I have to go to cas to reapply it. It doesn't look like my mods or cc are causing it.

For some reason, my merchildren show up with an invisible tail and a shirt I did not choose. Their hair also changes to the original hair when aging up instead of the hair I changed them to. I do not use any mermaid mods. When mods are removed, this problem still occurs. This is a new game, and these are children of an original sim I created for the game. (Has me hoping EA is going to give our merchildren tails!) I do wonder if the invisible tails (this is a problem that comes and goes with all mermaids) in the teens and up are related to the invisible merchildren's tails. I have Windows 11. Have everything (kits, packs, etc.) and am completely updated.

This has been happening to me too for the last few weeks. The tails are constantly disappearing. Sometimes they go in the water and have their tail, and other times they have nothing from the waist down. Just torsos bobbing in the water. I go into CAS and put the tail back on, but it typically doesn't last long before it starts disappearing again. This has happened across multiple households that I play on Sulani.

In cas the tail is missing when I put it back and go into game play all my outfit are gone and the mermaid tail too! 

This is only happening with the last three mermaid tails. The first one never disappeared in my games.

I have the same problem now, the tail of my own mermaid Sim is visible, but when she goes into the ocean she meets other mermaid Sims with only a torso and no tail .. 

One of them even had a tail in one moment, and when i restarted the same save as i was just testing something unrelated he suddenly didnt have a tail. That same Sim, at the time when he had a tail in the ocean, I went into manage households and opened his unplayed houseold in CAS, there was no tail either in CAS, even though he just had a tail visible in the ocean!

It doesn't seem to be tail type related, as i had missing tails of the first category and then another Sim didn't have that same tail missing in the same category. I couldnt find a pattern though, what makes it disappear..

When I create a new household and add that same mermaid sim (with the missing tail in my game) from a backup copy in my gallery, his tail is still there. It looks like playing the game has removed his (and most of my other mermaids) tail. Some were not removed, I wonder if those were just not in the water recently as I rarely play with my mermaids or in Sulani.

Hello my game has a bug issue with the mermaids when  you have  played  for some time, their tails disappear there are no issue  with creating the mermaids  itself  but   when  you have played for some time the tails disappears. Hope you can fix the issue.
