So, I have an issue in my game where if I take an alien sim from the gallery and use the occult picker to switch them to another occult, they will look normal in cas, and the world map, but once in live mode they revert back to their alien appearance and sometimes there outfits and hair will completely go away even though they are no longer an alien, they will get the chosen occults pie menu, symbol on their needs bar and skill tree if they have one. I do have mods and cc, but even when disabled, the issue stayed, and I've tried repairing my game twice, and I've tested other occults with two forms, and none of them are having this issue, just the aliens.
I merged your post with the thread on occults changed in CAS having occult behavior. It happens to all occults but the others might be less obvious until you play them.
