In CAS changed Occults still shows occult behavior from previous occult

I'm on ps5 no mods and my sim NEVER was a fairy she's a spellcaster and I keep getting the emotionally ravenous buff also. She already died once because of it. This is annoying because I made a brand new sim more than once and it keeps happening I'm not making another one. This is ridiculous and IDK what to do. 

I used the occult selector in CAS once to change a sim from a werewolf back to their human form (my played sim bit them during a rampage and turned them). This made them stuck in their werewolf form, so I tried to change them back to a werewolf in CAS so I could use the cure to fix it and uh... this happened:

That's supposed to be their human form, but it kept the werewolf body and put the human skin over it. The ears are "smudged" and eyes look off because they aren't animating correctly with the rest of the head.

I ended up removing the poor sim. :(

I just downloaded a few new packs last weekend and my game has been crazy buggy ever since. I have a sim who has a vampire thirst moodlet I can't get rid of. She's a spellcaster since I made her in CAS, but the original sim she is made from was a vampire. I removed her vampire form in CAS while creating her. Since she's not a vampire, she can't drink plasma to get rid of the moodlet, and she's gotten to irresistible thirst level so she can't do basically anything because she's so miserable. I don't have any mods and I don't really want them because I'm working with limited space on my laptop. Help!

Same, I don't know if my sim is going to die from it, I hope not. 

I changed it in the CAS menu and it’s still bugged 3 months later with a brand new save file :/
