I loaded into a save for the first time in a little under a month and immediately noticed that my medium- and large-sized photos have become blurry, as if they've been compressed. It's to the point where they're kind of hard to look at. I frequently take and rearrange photos, so I would've noticed it before. I tried this with a save that I'd opened since the update, one that I hadn't opened since the update, and one that I hadn't opened with mods disabled. It was the same each time. I've attached a screenshot so you can see, for reference, that the larger photo is noticeably blurrier than the small one. (The small photo in the screenshot is from a photo booth, which I know works a bit differently, but I didn't notice any abnormal blurring in the other small photos.) It's a bit dark though, my apologies

I'm having the same issue—all the photos taken in game are super pixilated/blurry. (On PC)
I finally sorted my mods and was so excited to play...until ive noticed this...my pictures are not clear anymore. I thought it may be my save but here we go, it seems that im not the only one with this problem!

I just noticed when resizing into large photos it became really low res. I'm pretty sure it happens after the recent update. Looks like the photos displayed in game are all being reduced to lower resolution, so when we try to resize them into large photos it became even more blurry.
Unfortunately none of these steps helped. Disabling post processing didn't make any noticeable difference, and the photos still don't look any better in windowed mode either. I tested it again just to be sure. I've attached the dxdiag file as requested.
I had the same issue today. The photos I’ve already saved in my game and the ones I saved in my gallery are both in low quality. When I import them into the game, they’re really low-res, and I clearly remember how they were in HD before, just like screenshots.
