Infant - Train to stand up

I tried to do the "train to stand up" action with my infant (S'entraîner à se mettre debout in french) but nothing happened. No action bubble, no movement with my sims or the infant. 
Other actions worked : train to sit, spend some time on the belly etc no problem with those.
