Infant First Food Preferences Automatically Populated

I loaded a save where I have a family with two infants and one of the infants was in the process of being fed baby food when I left the game previously. When the game loaded and the dad fed the infant suddenly i had a pop up for every first food item to say if the infant liked, disliked or was unsure about it. This is the first food this infant sim has tried so there is no reason all of the food preferences should be populated. I believe this bug must've happened because I exited out in the middle of the feed first food action so the game got confused which food was being fed to the infant when it loaded up.
