does this happens with teen/YA aged up? Not with teen/YA made from scratch in CAS? Now I'm worried about my sims (none of my sims are aged up)

My sims all aged up BEFORE the patch and I was too scared to age them up after updating. Now every single saved sims pasted from my gallery has messed up faces and bodies and there's nothing I can do now to fix it except for retouching them in CAS

But your sims are made with genetics right? Because none of my sims are made with genetics

Not most of them, I was playing with mostly pre-made sims in the world (I like to give them makeovers and then play with them). But some are offsprings of these sims, which were created through gameplay (i did not use the genetics-based creating option in CAS at all).

My toddlers' faces have changed to the point of being unrecognizable. I had to delete three because their faces were changed to the angry Charlie Brown face. All of my Sims faces are wider than before, making them unrecognizable. This has also happened in 2 of my friends' games.

I have a save that reached 8 years old (on March 25th) and that means that it was due for its second age-up round. I was still on an old update preparing my young Sims for age-up, but then on March 23rd my game wouldn’t launch and stated that it needed to be repaired, unfortunately that means I was forced into updating. Because of the age-up round due, I had to age my infants into toddlers and now all of my new toddlers have this face distortion bug and I’m deeply saddened… I haven’t even touched my main save ever since the age-ups were over.
If there’s any glimmer of hope of a fix for this to come out, and especially fix pre-existing infants and toddlers I would be really happy. I would even revert to a backup save to before the age-ups if this got fixed soon and redo the age-ups if pre-existing infants and toddlers with the bug can’t be fixed for some reason.

Below are screenshots from my game (Xbox, all DLCs, fully updated). The first images of both the Toddler and Infant are the originals from my Library, inserted straight into CAS, unaffected by the bug; it doesn't seem to occur for premade Toddlers/Infants already saved to the Gallery.
The second images of both Sims are from a separate saved household, where I aged them down from Young Adult and Teen, back to Toddler and Infant in CAS. This time, their eyes were significantly altered, as well as their mouths ever so subtly, though you can't really tell unless you quickly swap between pictures.
Before-Bug ToddlerAfter-Bug ToddlerBefore-Bug InfantAfter-Bug InfantThe results are quite tame compared to other random Sims I've tried this on. Some have stretched eyelids, lips, and other facial oddities. I recommend others try it out on their own Sims.
