Infant/Toddlers needs Declined While playing another lot

PC user, single mod but the problem occurs without the mod as well.  If I leave infants or toddlers at home with a teen or adult while on another lot with another Sim, and all individuals are set for "care for self," none of the infants' or toddlers' needs are ever met or taken care of.  I'll come home, and if I've been gone for a few hours, their needs are almost all on red and they are on the verge of being taken away because of it.  There is no option on my teens or adults to "care for children" or something along those lines that would fix this.  

When I go on a Getaway using the new Adventure Awaits expansion, the Sims at home don’t take care of the Infant. Their needs keep dropping and don’t go up, and eventually the game says the Infant will be taken away.

This happens every time I start a Getaway and leave the Infant at home.

I get this. If I'm playing on another lot with another sim, the infants needs will decay despite being home with a parent on the lot. Same as daycare. They return with needs in the red most times. No Mods. PC player.

I'm experiencing the same thing and is incredibly annoyed. Infants are pretty much unplayable due to the extreme bugs and broken controls :( it's bizarre they haven't fixed it yet with infants being in the game for so long now. 

Edit: I only have a few expansion packs, one game pack and no mods or CC.

Hello. it does the same when newborns/infants/toddlers go to daycare. They won't take care of them.

Since the recent update, I've been experiencing this. Also infant needs drop really quickly. Way more than they have ever. 

Every time I send my infant to daycare their needs are not taken care of. Always comes home with no energy and starving.

Playing on a MacBook Pro, all CC and mods disabled.

I found a post for the same bug on here marked as "solved". Not sure what that's about because it's clearly not "solved" at all.

I play with infants and toddlers, and everytime they get sent to day care their needs drop to red without being taken care of. Sometimes the hunger bar fills a little, but they are always hungry, have a low bladder and are exhausted when coming back home.

Expectation: I would expect that the day care takes care of the children throughout the day and that the infants and toddlers are in a mostly good mood when they come home.

Mods: No installed mods
Current packs: All except from a couple of kits and Journey to Batuu
Device: PC

Just coming to update that this still isn’t fixed. I’m on Xbox one and here’s a photo, my infant who just got back from day care while their mum was at work as a police officer. The baby left on green needs :(.
