Sims not taking care of needs during school/Work

I've noticed the same thing after yesterday's update. Never had mods or cc. On a Mac.

Okay, so I’ve noticed when my Sims leave the lot to go to any rabbit hole activity ( work, school, scouts, daycare, etc.), their needs aren’t being filled.

Specifically, Hunger and Bladder do not get filled AT ALL. 

When they return home, they immediately suffer a bladder or hunger failure, sometimes within seconds of returning.

Before, they’d fulfill their own bladder and hunger needs while in the rabbit hole, but as of the recent update, this no longer happens.

• This happens even while I’m on the lot the ENTIRE time. 
• It happens on all saves. 
• I do not use mods or custom content.
• happens on all sims, even infants/toddlers

Any advice or confirmation if others are experiencing the same issue would be appreciated

This is literally game breaking bug. it happened after Nov 4th update where "150 bug fixes" launched and now this. 
this game is unplayable. I'm actually furious.

This might get merged later but as it seems to be a new issue, it's probably best to have to thread but please make sure to keep this on topic.

This also happens in my game to kids/teens at school as well as adults at work. It started after the newest update. I use no mods or CC.

My teen sim returns from school with no basic needs filled during his absence. This leads to some really embarrassing incidents for a kid in high school.
