Innisgreen issue

I’m currently having problems and have been having problems with the new world Innisgreen that comes with Enchanted by Nature. The game loads in just fine like how it usually does but when I try to travel or move to Innisgreen, the whole screen goes white and I have to exit the game to leave. All of my other worlds are working just fine and I’ve taken out any mods and custom content and i also updated the game to the most recent updates and it still occurs. I’ve been wanting to play with the new pack since it came out and it saddens me that I can’t play right now 😔

    Hi siisnotonfire​ 

    did you place any residential rentals in the world ?

    Try the following

    - Close the game
    - Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    - Repair the game
    - Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
    - Start a new save game
    - Check if you still have the error
    - Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

    I have not, it’s a brand new world as I’ve been waiting to play the new pack. I’ve tried pairing the game and playing a new world as well before posting, I did complete those steps however and I’m resulting in the same issue

    White screens are often related to TOOL but if you did the steps below, all mods should be removed. Did Innisgreen ever work for you ?

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post
