It doesn't matter, it's for both.
The issue has a bit evolved over the years and it's not necessary to have a thread for each instance. It doesn't seem to matter if they are sheltered, in season or out of season.
There is a separate thread for off-lot though: Harvestables float in the air (Off-Lot Planters)
