Items are getting stuck in the grab hand when moving from stacks to inventory

Trying to move anything between storage (ex: the fridge) and the sims inventory is moving the first stack and then automatically selecting another object in the storage. The next item or stack select...

same thing is happening to me, i haven't found a way to fix it but usually going into build mode will get the item out of my cursor

Omg thank you, I've been just saving and closing the game this whole time. Now I don't have to go through that process again 😭
