When selecting or placing items in build mode the item disappears and unselects. Ocassionally with repeated trying I am able to place an item but with many times selecting it and clicking it down quickly. I uninstalled all mods and am still having this issue. My game is up to date with the most recent 5/12/26 update.

When I want to place different objects in bb they disappear before I can buy them. It takes different numbers of choosing other options like "delete", "duplicate" and so on and then it works.
I did several restarts and also start it without mods but it doesn't change anything. The bug is still there...
Is there anybody with the same problem? And maybe with a solution?
Happens without mods also. It keeps happening in my builds, no mods.
Happening in my game too! :(

Hello,
I am having an issue in build mode when I click on an item to place, it immediately disappears. I have tried moving around the lot and see if it was just a specific area but the bug is still happening. I have tried different items and it is still happening. There seems to be some cases (still haven't figured out what is different) that it will let me place the item and then i drag it into position but this doesn't always happen.
Can't place furniture disappears from hand tool. Have to keep entering buy mode again.
