lagging in build mode

my game is lagging really bad when i'm in build mode and using the wallpaper. i have done everything i know to do. someone please help.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
