Latest update causes random deaths, excessive adoptions and spontaneous fires

After the most recent The Sims 4 update, several severe gameplay issues started happening across multiple households. These bugs affect both played and unplayed families and make the game nearly unplayable.

Young Adult Female Sims Dying Unexpectedly

• Many young adult female Sims die suddenly without any clear cause.
• Deaths happen in households that I am not actively playing.
• The causes seem random (fire, emotion overload, accidents), even when the household has no reason to trigger such events.
• This happens repeatedly and affects population balance

Households Adopting Children Excessively

• families adopt children far too frequently.
• Some households adopt multiple children in a very short period of time

Random Fires Starting Without Reason

• Fires start spontaneously on lots where nothing should cause them.
• Fires occur even when Sims are idle or not using any appliances.
