[LD] Bucket List: Custome Party goal showing up without owning DD

I have encountered the same issue playing Life&Death. My sim wants to throw a gold costume party, which requires the deluxe Up all Night content that I don't own (I do have Spooky stuff but a gold Spooky party doesn't fulfill the goal).

I'll need to to scrap the entire list, which is a bit annoying.

House Parties and Spooky Parties have been added as viable options for the Bucket List goal “I want to throw the most bizarre costume party of all time!”

Fixed in Patch 1.120.117/ 2.25
