[LD] Child can't go to grief counseling

Grandparents of child died and Attend Grief Counseling doesn't even appear on their phone, and click on sim to send them does nothing

Same for me to my child sim father died and her mother and her two teen sisters can go to grief counseling but she won't go the option is there you can click on it but the sim won't go. 

Upvoted.  I'm experiencing the same issue in my 100 Baby Challenge.  The sad moodlet is constantly overwhelming everything else, even though they haven't even met the first few kids that have died.  The game does notify me that the child should go to grief counseling, and the child has a grief trait, but they cannot attend grief counseling.  Even the toddlers and infants get phone calls about the death, although it tells me they do not have a phone when I try to check.  The only mod I have is MCCC, and I updated it before loading into any save after the update.  I can send a save if you want it.

This is frustrating me so much because children are more restricted on what skills they can do to get the Positive Grief Coping moodlet!!!

I am having the same issue. Child can't paint, exercise, write, go to grief counseling, etc. What can I do?
