[LD] Child can't go to grief counseling

I had a sims die within the family and everyone could go to grief counseling except the child sims.  Edit By Crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title

I am having the same issue. Child can't paint, exercise, write, go to grief counseling, etc. What can I do?
