[LD] Children die due to neglect despite not being neglected/LD pop Up LE

I've also been getting the same message.
Have played with both MODs and no MODS and doesn't seem to make any difference.
Even tried altering the stats in MC command center to be 100 for things like hunger, energy, social etc. and even 'lock motive decay' and still happening. 
I haven't got the life and death pack. 
Had this issue for the last couple of weeks, possibly since the last update?
