[LD] Children die due to neglect despite not being neglected/LD pop Up LE

I'm not so sure if this is how I should do this since I'm not seeing any recent things about this, but my child seem was taken away for being "neglected". She had good grades, friends, a good home, and all her needs were met, still she just woke up couple hours before school saying she was being 'rescued'. I restarted the game twice and it happened both times. I got advice about deleting my mods and repairing the game and still she was taken away. That was two days ago and I know there's been a new update but I'm kinda scared because I love playing as families and that can't happen if I can't keep my kids.
