this same thing is happening to me!!! i'm on generation 4 of a legacy save and my perfectly well cared for, supportive-dynamic child keeps "feeling neglected" randomly and then days later having this "rescued"/dying glitch!
edit: I wanted to come back with more details. I only have a few mods but they're all updated. I do NOT have L&D but I do have Parenthood and Growing Together (as well as many others like Seasons, Get Together, etc etc etc) I also do not have the new pack Enchanted by Nature
child Sim will show the "feeling neglected" on the same day no matter how far back I restore a save. it will wait for the same game day and then she will get it no matter what, and then be "Rescued"/dies with the exact screenshot glitch above days later on the same exact day
the fact that this has existed for months without resolve is concerning, but it's clear that the newest patch/update has increased this bug by miles based on the amount of comments increasing in this thread over the last few days. I hope this is quickly resolved before it gets even bigger and impacts more games!!!
