Also please note that i do not have any death interaction mod installed so i have no idea what this error means through the better exceptions mod either, but it only occurs when the child gets whisked away. The child is not neglected so unsure why this is being claimed
I had this happen to me yesterday as well. Both my child-aged kids woke up in the middle of the night and I got the death popup but then also the notification that social services had taken them for neglect (they were fine?). The family got death milestones for both of them but I didn't get any urns and the game deleted them after the animation ended up being the whisked away one, not a death, so I couldn't get them back at all.
I don't have death-related mods either, and I've been getting random neglect popups for other kids who have maxed needs and A grades. I thought some mod was acting up but now I don't know.
