I wrote a bucket list for my Sim, and she got "I'd like to finish university" goal, but she already has a degree (it's showing in her Simology panel). I suppose the problem is that she got her degree...

In addition: adding a degree with a cheat didn't help, I guess the goal is tied to the graduation ceremony or smth, not a degree
