[LD] Grim not showing up to deliver Death card

The Grim Reaper is supposed to show up to deliver the Death card when 25 tarot cards have been collected. I collected The Emperor during Ravenwood Family Day, by delivering the toy to Ekade in the cemetery chapel, but Grim did not show up, nor (since my sim had already met him) was I able to focus on him in the map. When my sim went home (after waiting a suitably long time) and summoned Grim using the Grimophone, there was no interaction with him that had anything to do with Tarot. I was not able to complete Lady Ravendancer Goth's deck.
