I’m having the same problem, romantic interactions are not possible for my previously married sims who are currently in different families - romantic interactions are not available for the rebirthed sim and any member of their previous family. I was hoping to have my previously married sims marry again but I won’t be able to until this is resolved.
I found the problem, removed it, resolved it! The problem is with the ‘Odd Familiarity’ relationship buff, it seems that buff makes sims act as if they are related to one another. I deleted it from relationship bio using UI mod and now my sims can complete romance interactions! I hope this helps 😊
