I have recently noticed that the picture in the legacy family portrait disappears when I exit and run the game again. It appears after I unlock the picture. I removed my mods, and renamed The Sims 4 folder and allowed the game to create another folders. But the problem is still there. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Hello, I've recently started having the issue where one of my household sims does not appear on the menu screen when I open the game and does not appear in the Life or Death family portrait in the game that mirrors the loading screen portrait. After a while, a second household sim has now started having the same issue. Both are still in the household, both are playable without issues, but the painting of one of them went blank as soon as she disappeared from the family portrait.
Are you playing with mods/cc? Both the pictures you put up include eight sims, which is the max number allowed in a vanilla game. If you do have a mod allowing a higher number of sims in the household, perhaps it needs to be updated.
