[LD] Purchase Souls from Waylon task doesn't require that souls be purchased

When you are doing the Macabre Mysteries favor for the Grim Obsessed Order Member, one of your tasks is to purchase 4 souls from Waylon. My sim had already done the favor requiring you to have an out of body experience and obtain 2 soul essences, one of which is delivered to another Order Member, so she still had one soul essence in herinventory when she took the favor from Nyon Specter, and the Purchse Souls from Waylon was at a count of 1 out of 4 before even doing anything to advance the task. I am reasonably certain that I could complete that task with another out of body experience without talking to Waylon, or inviting a ghost into the household and having them obtain the souls, or by joining the Reaper career and obtaining them on the job.
