Wait until a SIM try to reap the dummy then click on them and choose to mentor reaping.

Thank you for your reply. I deleted the mod, paused the game, and checked the pie menu with the scythe ready, but it still doesn't appear. This task appears around the end of the day, so I'm ignoring it for now.
Dear, no matter how you try, the "guidance" menu will not appear, which is obviously a BUG.
