crinrict I tried zooming in and out just to see if I had to "focus" more in the house but it didn't work.
The interactions work but the port is just bare as it is in my screenshot with no effects what so ever even when my Sims steps through it to go to the netherworld.
I play with mods but as I saidin my main forum post I took out all my mods and CC, did a repair and even factory reset/erased everything from my laptop and that didn't work either.
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

Your chip is a bit on the weak side so maybe that has something to do with it. That chip has a few issues with objects not displaying properly.
Do you play with DX9 or DX11 ? You can check on the main menu in the lower right corner.
I play with DX9, I am not a fan of the DX11
