Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

Your chip is a bit on the weak side so maybe that has something to do with it. That chip has a few issues with objects not displaying properly.
Do you play with DX9 or DX11 ? You can check on the main menu in the lower right corner.

I play with DX9, I am not a fan of the DX11
How could i fix my chip?

Since you do seem to have the newest drivers, I don't think there's much you can do.
Think at least the portal is related to this: Certain Items look broken/invisible (Intel Iris XE, DX9) | EA Forums - 4971040
DX11 should fix the issue.
