Since you do seem to have the newest drivers, I don't think there's much you can do.
Think at least the portal is related to this: Certain Items look broken/invisible (Intel Iris XE, DX9) | EA Forums - 4971040
DX11 should fix the issue.

Not it didn't, I tried refreshing it by switching it back to dx9 to dx11 a few times but nothing
Don't know then.
Hopefully others with this issue can chime in.
