[LD] Reaper/Undertaker: No Raise after level 10

Do you mean you don't get extra raises once you reached level 10 or can you not advance at all ?

I have the same Issue. I get to level 10 of the Mortician Career and can not get a raise, It just stays at full promotion bar and never goes past it.

This is by design, not a bug. There is no raise/progress after level 10 for the Undertaker, Mortician, or Grim Reaper careers.
