EA please stop locking event aspirations/traits/objects after event is over.
Feel free to add your comment as to why your agree or disagree. I'd greatly appreciate it if we could all be nice. This is just the way it's always been but I think we need to voice the need for change. This is my biggest reason why. The event I'm speaking about.... below pictures, is why...
Kindness Ambassador (Reward Trait) – Kindness Ambassadors have stronger friendships and fewer Negative emotions. and unlock the “Challenge to be Kind” interaction to use on other Sims?
Why? I did this challenge a loooooong time ago and lost literally everything because the EA HELP people back then said my game, which only had a few CC items in it, was 100% corrupted because of cc and with their guidance and help deleted everything Sims 4 off my tower and reloaded everything just as though I had bought everything that day! There were both positive and negative consequence's but losing this aspiration and trait was and still is, the biggest negative one for me. That was the day I vowed to never ever use CC (I have never used mod's) ever again; I have not! I hear encouragement to use cc & mod when I hear - "let us help you prevent issues with your mod's and cc before an update and then say in the same breath - we do not support, endorse or oversee cc or mod. I have seen changes made to the base game to accommodate the use of cc and mod, or at least that's what I perceived was happening.
The only viable and the easiest way to avoid this particular issue would be to stop locking up access to these event aspirations/traits/objects. If it's free... it should be free to everyone, always. Otherwise, it's not really free is it?
