[LD] Sim can't discuss Fear of Death/Discuss fear of horse instead

My reborn Sim has the fear of death trait, but the discuss fear option is not showing up on either elders or ghosts. At this point she's befriended several ghosts and elders, but it just never comes ...

My Young Adult Sim (not rebirth) got jolted after repairing, got this fear, have several Elder Sim friends and there's no option to "Discuss Fear of Death" anywhere. It used to be under Deep Thoughts category. He also can't discuss it with Ghosts.
